Security and Government Expo 2019

The 4th annual SECURITY & Government Expo just finished up yesterday. Held at the wonderful Realm Hotel in the nation’s capital, Canberra. The event, which ran from 12-6pm, gave government security managers and facilities managers, security installers and integrators, and security consultants, the perfect opportunity to get a look at the latest security technologies. It was a busy day and a great opportunity to catch up with some familiar faces as well as promote our integrated radar perimeter protection solutions to a varied users and specifiers. We had a great deal of interest in our unique Osprey SAORS (Small Airborne Object Radar System) which detects contraband thrown into prisons, as well as a lot of interest in our range of ground-based radars, ideal for perimeter security, and drone detection radars.

The event was organised by Security Electronic & Networks Magazine with support from main industry partner, ASIS ACT. We must congratulate them on what a wonderful job they did. The arrival of complimentary refreshments (local beers, wines, soft drinks and tasty finer food) in the late afternoon, gave the Expo a genuinely relaxed feel which the exhibitors and visitors really enjoyed.

It is safe to say we will be looking to return next year.
